I've never been to Russia or India, but Shanghai, China is a very livable city, and is more modern than many US cities.

If these are the only choices - Russia. I think the population density is less.

idk, I've been to China, and I liked it there (of course there were things that I didn't like there), I hated the Moscow INT airport, so probably not Russia, and I don't like those damn telemarketers from India that call us in the States, so I'd probably go with China.

i think i'd with China, i love how Shanghai looks. i live in NY so i think i would fit in there easier, i'd just have to learn the language!
