1 million dollars

I dont have huge amounts but I am already rich If I had 1 million U.S dollars I would consider myself to be well off and quite wealthy.

2 million, a person could easily blow the first million just getting set up, where I live, a modest home goes for over 1/4 mil, a really nice home for 1/2, throw in a great car for you and your partner and some furniture, and you've pretty much blown it. The second million I would invest and live off the interest, maybe $5000 per mo. very comfortable, but even on that not flying to Paris for lunch. On the other hand, I have people who love me and I'm in good health. I'm already rich!
