Help answer this question below.

Is there a main fuse on my 93 f150? I grounded out the positive batt. connection by accident. After that nothing on the truck works... no horn, ignition, lights ect... i have power as far as the underhood fusebox, but nothing works

it would most likely be in the under the hood fuse box look in the manual
