  • It is more possible the heart or esophegus (part of stomach) as spleen, pancreas are on the right side. Alcohal damages the liver. Please see a DOC ASAP for your own good. No one can diagnose you here on this forum. You need an ultrasound and few blood test.
  • G'day Serenamac, Thank you for your question. I can't identify what it is. However, I would make a point of asking your doctor about it at your next checkup. If it becomes more frequent, I would make an appointment with your doctor to raise your concerns about it with him or her. Regards
  • If it happens after drinking, especially a lot of drinking, and it is in the center or just to your left of center, about 6 or so inches below the breast, it is most likely pancreatitis. Not to be fooled around with. Stop drinking, see a doc immediately. You may be headed for a pancreatic cyst, or worse. Pancreatitis is not always painful. It can be nothing more than a slight sensation of having a ball about the size of a grape inside you. I know, I've been through it. 90% of the time, it is alcohol related.
