yeah of course txt / e-mails can be preprepared when you do have time if its that hard to find time in the day.

Unfortunatly I don't have that luxury. If I'm busy at work I can't devote any time to anything but my work. If I fail, people can die. When I clock out and go home though, all my attention is on the Mrs.
