Back in high school, i really wanted to date this girl so i talked to each of her teachers and on valentines day, i went to her classrooms and set a rose on each one of her desks. The last class I was standing at the door with the last rose and asked her out. Another time, I rented a room down at the beach and went down there early. I filled the entire room with rose petals, filled the bathtub/whirpool up with water and floated some candles and more rose petals on the water. I took her out to dinner and surprised her with the room. Kind of funny though because by the time we got back there, the water was ice cold and some of the candles were out. lol. It's okay. We didn't even make it to the tub. Another time I wrote stanzas of a poem to my girlfriend when we went down to San Diego. Each one was in an envelope and had a special gift in it. For example, one had a gift card for a day spa. One had a keyring with our picture in it. The second to last one was two tickets for a Coldplay concert down there and the last one was a hotel room key for our night. I guess I'm kindofa corny romantic. lol.
