I have just got my MP3 player, it's 4GB and I cannot put songs on it. It just says "Cannot Copy - The directory or file cannot be creted, Please Help! Thanks!

What sort of MP3 player is it?

did you get a disc with it? if you did you need to load that into your computer then you put your songs into the programme off the disc. you then plug your mp3 into the usb port on your computer and then put your music on it that way. this is what i do and it sounds complicated but it really isnt once you have loaded the disc
