No, not necessarily. It may not fit in with the stereotypical macho image, but it could just mean that they're concerned about their appearance. For example, if you're a magician, performing magic close-up where people can see your hands up close, you may well want to have them manicured so that you look professional and well turned out.

Not at all. Personally, I like well-groomed men especially their hands & feet!! This is probably why more men dont do it, because of the label attached. There are alot of business men who use and expose their hands alot to the public. I dont see anything wrong with it. Now if they get very meticulous & fussy over it, that may be a reason to Q. Straight or Gay...who cares.
