I see a face at the bottom middle and front legs at each side...like a frog maybe.

Two VERY ugly horses lying side by side after making the bad kind of love. They're both smoking cigarettes.... I can't make out the exact brand, but it's definitely a Philip Morris product. Either that, or the pelvic skeleton of a creature I hope I never have to challenge to a crotch-kicking duel.

To me it looks like a woman with an elaborate hairstyle, a bow, and smoke rising from either side of her head.
