The FSC's are a bear aren't they? I love my e-cig. Love it. It took me almost a year to go from a full pack to zero tobacco cigs... but I did it and I am not feeling the effects of insanity as I did in my previous attempts. One main factor in the previous attempts though was that I was quitting and this time, I am not quitting, simply changing my brand. The menthol is good. It is more minty than that classic cooling feeling. However, as we all know, the cooling sensation is made up of some interesting items. Either way, the experience of an e-cig is good, but different, so a comparison is kind of hard. You are changing your brand and that is how you have to look at it. Try the menthol. If you don't like it, there are also other flavors. Good luck.... I cannot say enough about mine. I do a ton of research so feel free to look at what I have come up with: www.e-cig.org.

I wouldn't label a few days non-cigarette use a "success" but it's encouraging to see the relative ease with which I'm replacing my cigarette addiction with the cigarette alternative. So far, I've only tried the menthol that's distributed by my e-cig manufacurer (NJOY). I used to smoke Newport. The e-cig "vapors", by comparison, is like smoking a weak generic menthol cigarette. I'm really anxious to learn what the other flavors from other companies taste like.

Red Bull-ion is looovely - ( Try Totally Wicked E-Liquids ) - thoroughly recommend. Really getting into making my own flavours as well - cinnamon choc chip, coffee & apple, apple & mango - if you are a creative person and enjoyed the art of rolling a cigarrette, you wont be stuck for things to try and explore!
