Help answer this question below.
i never drank them and dont know whats in them. if a shake is all you want its better than nothing. maybe if you find its not enough you can eat a granola bar or protein with it. no preparation and gives you that extra boost till lunch.
Something in the morning is better than nothing-for your health and alertness, not to mention many people who don't eat in the morning have bad breath (even if they brushed their teeth). Ugh.
I am not a morning person either, i have those kids yogurts in the tube and a banana normally, try it, it sounds better than a diet shake ;0)
Is drinking red wine dangerous? Does it destroy human brain cells,or could this be merely an old wives' tale|?
