The current tenant in a house I'm buying is on a month-to-month lease but refuses to move out. I'm in Connecticut; what can I do to evict her, and how long will it take?

In most states there is a time frame that you are required to give a person to find a new place to live then you can go to the sheriffes dept. and swear out an evection notice warrant on them because after this time they are now considered tresspassers, this is usually served in 5 to 7 days. You are required to give them written notice of bothe actions against them . Asking in writting that they vacate the property and then the warrant giving plenty of time to find a new place to live.(generally this is 10 days to 1month).
