  • If I saw one of my deceased relatives...
  • Casper came by for a visit.
  • Bring it on. Bitch, ghost!
  • if i was a ghost because i would be haunting my own home. Muahaha.
  • Occasionally, we smell FRESH cigarette smoke in our home. No one has smoked in my home for over 15 years. Also, no neighbors for 1/2 mile in any direction!
  • Probably the usual stuff like, lights turning themselves on and off, the sound of chains being dragged around the basement, chairs moving around on the floor, the pictures being switched, the sight of ghosts in the night. :)
  • Haunted is not a nice word to write about one or more spirits who might be friendly and who live in your home.
  • i think mine is, the door often opens by itself, things fall off the walls at the strangest times, my bedroom lamp often goes off, and i have the weirdest creaks and knocking sounds out of the blue, in the middle of the night!
  • The bed rising into the air and spinning around.
  • MJ is sitting in my living room...
  • I've had so many things happen I began keeping a log. July, 2008. I felt Dee grab my shoulder through the shower curtain as I showered. When I asked her what she wanted, she had called back from the living room, asking what I had said. As she freaks out easily, I kept it to myself. POSSIBLE EXPLANATION: None. Monday, May 26th, 2007 Dee and I sometimes feel the cat jump to the bed while we’re lying in it, only to discover she’s not even in the room. I just realized we had a similar experience last year around this time. POSSIBLE EXPLANATION: The foam cover under the bed sheet sometimes bunches up when we shift and unravels on its own. This might account for the sensation of something moving on the bed. Monday, May 14th, 2007 Dee and I are lying in bed during the early morning hours. I was lying on my back with my arm extended by her head. The cat was sick, and laid in the chair by the foot of our bed. I felt a puff of wind on my arm. I looked up to see what the cat was up to. She was still in the chair. I looked around for signs of what she may have done to move so quickly. I could find none. Dee asked what I wanted. I told her I was looking for the cat. She asked why I had tapped her. I spent the following ten minutes insisting to her that I hadn’t touched her at all. I cannot accept the supernatural as an explanation, but I have no explanation. I just think the cat somehow moved ridiculously fast and maybe jumped onto the chair and went immediately to sleep without me feeling any of it. POSSIBLE EXPLANATION: The cat’s playing games. Late 2006 Dee and I were awake at roughly 3:00 AM with the bedroom door closed. It opened on its own. She began to panic in typical fashion. I insisted she hadn’t secured the door shut and that air pressure was responsible for opening the door. I got up and closed it tight, ensuring that the doorknob latch was secure. Forty-five minutes after doing that, the door again, opened on its own. It required some measure of force to turn the doorknob. When she asked me to explain how it had done it again, I could only tell her “air pressure.” I cannot accept the supernatural as an explanation, but I won’t rule it out. POSSIBLE EXPLANATION: Airpressure or tension in the spring of the doorknob, which may have held for an indeterminate amount of time. But it hasn’t happened again. Mid 2006 As I walked from the bedroom into the living room, Dee donned a strange look on her face. I took notice of something out of the corner of my right eye. As I turned, I saw a trail of a light flash. It was barely noticeable and I wouldn’t have given it much attention, but after I turned to Dee, she asked me “Did you see that!?!” Apparently, a spot of light had appeared on the wall on my right as I emerged from the bedroom and whisked away when I looked at it. Our shades were half down. Aside from that, no angles allow for such a thing to be projected from the street. I cannot accept the supernatural as an explanation. POSSIBLE EXPLANATION: None. Late 2004 Kay & I were sitting on my bed when she pointed to my lamp and said “You should get a dimmer for that lamp.” As soon as she said that, the lamp dimmed. Kay has chosen not to return, insisting that she felt cold afterward. POSSIBLE EXPLANATION: Coincidence and Kay's a whack job. It should be noted that we live over a funeral chapel. As such, there are bodies in our basement.
  • Well not my home. But my grandmothers house. She died in March 08. The first time was when Myself, my mother, two cousins, & my nephew who was 16 months at the time. So my mom was holding my nephew & the were looking in a mirror & then all of a sudden he turns around & points to a picture on the mantle above the fireplace it was of my two uncles one of which is dead & one living. So my nephew pointed to the dead one twice. My mom says "who's here" & he distinctly points to my dead uncle again. So then my cousin comes over & asks him & he points to him again. Another incident. My grandmom had been dead for a while & in the middle of the night my mom got a call & it was my diceased grandmoms cell phone number & the cell phone is in this house & off. So she answers & she said my grandmom said hello & my mom was like "mom?" & she was like yeah it's me. So then my mom asked her how she was & she said "im a little achey but im okay".
  • Could be the building settling, expansion and contraction from temperature changes (it gets cooler at night) wall fasteners let loose over time, etc. Those things scare my wife also. We also have the refrigerator from he**. As it runs, stops, warms and cools it makes all kind of expansion and contraction noises plus it sounds loud when it runs. One of those efficiency models.
  • that person standing right next to me as I type this , but wait, there is no one............... wowowoo
