Throw them in the thrash otherwise my 2 year old will thrash them all over the house and I don't want that.

Build something with them. I've seen smaller things built with them, like fruit basket/bowls and other kitchen things. But I think they would make great bits for making shutters for windows, door fronts for cabinets .... the more I think on it, the more ideas I get about what to build with all those chopsticks...

Throw them at my neighbor's cat? All my trash bags have hole in it because of that burger.
