It rotates the "other" way. That is, the sun rise in west and sets in east if you're standing on Venus. However, you WON'T be standing at the surface of Venus. You'll be a greasy, burnt, corroded little puddle of human remains. The surface temperature is some 500C, the pressure about 90 atm (if I recall correctly, this is all from memory) and the atmosphere consists mostly of acid (sulphuric acid, I believe)
