Can you test if meth is real by putting some on your gums and seeing if they go numb? Or is that only cocaine?

That only works with cocaine. Meth will only put a terrible taste in your mouth and may even damage your gums or tooth enamel. Sometimes, meth can be tested by putting a tiny bit on the tip of your tongue- if you are familiar with the taste, that is.

The best way to tell if meth is good is to snort it. If it burns like hell, it's real, HAHA. Just kidding man don't do that. It's coke that makes your gums numb.

For me all you have to do is open the bag, the smell alone and the alarm bells in my head tell me. Coke numbs, meth "tastes". Unless you use either you can not fully understand what those terms mean.

to test meth, one must melt it. if it's really methamphetamine it will go from a crystal into a liquid that will run or puddle if on a flat surface and then finally a smoke that smells kind of like burnt electronics. If it's fake it will just burn up or turn to smaoke right away. Cocain must be "rocked up" into crack before it is smoked and while it does make your gums numb, unlike meth, when you rub some on them, it is usually cut with another agent therefore there will always be a varying degree of numbness felt.

One way to test the grade of meth is by tasting it-if the taste resembles salt it's probably more like crank. Another way is by how the crystals break- if the crystals break smoothly, it's probably more high-grade.

if you have large enough "crystals" or "rocks" there are several ways to test. 1. The bending method. Break a piece in half. If it snaps or you feel a clean break, it's real. On the other hand, if it bends, it is "cut". 2. Bleaching method. Drop a piece or pieces into a small amount of bleach. If the pieces seem to spin and fizzle down to the bottom, it's clean. 3. Burning method. Burning in an accessory of your choice, i.e. glass pipe, is the easiest and least wasteful. As you heat the substance from below, the cut will climb up the sides of the glass piece and form moisture that resembles water. (The best thing to do in order to clean it out is take heat off the glass, use a q-tip and wipe the sides containing the water-like liquid and cool the bottom of the glass bowl. *be careful when cooling... remember, you are cooling down a hot piece of glass and if the cloth you use is too cold, the glass will break or even shatter*) Hope this helps.

I hear the good stuff glows green under a blacklight... I think it is a shame we don't have access to honest and accurate information...How else is a person to make an informed decision? Obviously there is risk to ones health and safety,which is why the authorities will ruin your life for even trying the stuff...But why then, would a reputable pharmaceutical company manufacture it? To give it to children with ADHD? And it ain't cheap!
