Do you believe that gravity is leaking out from another dimension which is why gravity is so weak compared to the other forces?

NO! Gravity is caused by strings of energy that are made up in such a way and vibrate in such a way that it causes them to be attrected to each other. All matter have these 'gravitons' in them so all matter will have gravity. It isn't leaking it just isn't as strong as the strong force nor the weak force.

Wierd question - I dont mean that nastily. First why do you think gravity is a weak force? The planets revolve around the sun due to gravity. Any force pulling a planet like Jupiter in orbit - doesnt sound weak to me. If something was being leaked to aonther universe, then either it would be dissipating in our own universe - so we would end up with less and less of it would have to be being created at the same time. The mind boggles what this other universe would be like where all the gravity is being leaked to. So in brief - No
