No. More than likely by then we will have completely annihilated ourselves because there will always be war somewhere and today's nuclear tech is getting too powerful.

Sure. According to Nietzsche, if given an infinite time scale and a finite universe every possible event will happen an infinite number of times and already has happened an infinite number of times. So we've already been to Mars.

I don't ever think we will colonize Mars, but we will get humans on there one day. The weather conditions can be very Harsh with dust devils, and who knows what else...I'm not going to be the astronaut going there (well at least i would never go on the first mission if I was given the chance I wouldn't want to be the lab rat!)
