Install vmware workstation 6.5 and create a new virtual machine with Server 2003. Done I'm running vmware workstation on Server 2008 (x64) with linux, XP and Server 2003 (x32) virtual machines

How about http://www.firedaemon.com/, using the vmware command line to start the guest operating system: C:Program FilesVMwareVMware Workstationvmware.exe -x [<path_to_virtual_machine><virtual_machine_name>.vmx]

Nevermind... I figured it out http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137890 and use it to run vmware.exe with the -x
