  • Yes. You need therapy.
  • I am the same way. When you have been hurt so much, it's a defense mechanism NOT to trust..then you don't get hurt again.
  • Hey at least you think you can trust yourself
  • no, you're fine just the way you are. don't forget, i'm probably lying to you.
  • Totally not trusting everyone because you got hurt before is a gross over reaction. There needs to be a balance, and you can find that through therapy. Find a counselor you are comfortable with and get some ideas and tips.
  • Yes, trust yourself. Accept yourself, as you are, without judgment. If you can truly accept and love yourself, then whatever others do will not bother you. Nobody "screws you over", you only feel that way if you decide to feel that way. People act, and we have no control over how others act. But we do have control over how we react, how we feel. If you decide to feel screwed-over, then that's how you feel. But think about feeling good about yourself, always. Because you are in control of how you feel.
  • Are you suffering from schizophrenia? Get yourself checked out by a psychiatist. If you are, there are drugs to ease your paranoia.
  • Yeah, it's OK, but to not trust anyone isn't all good. I can understand not trusting a woman , but your guy friends are supposed to help you out when you need it.
  • If you do truely trust yourself... Why do you not have enough trust in you to trust others?
