No, I don't whenever I get on it and ride a few miles I'm completely out of breath. If I did like to ride my bike, I'd probably be about 20 pounds lighter ha ha.

Yes I do! The years slip away the faster I go. The other day I put tinsely streamers on the handle grips. I get pleasure out of seeing them flutter in the breeze and sparkle as they catch the sunlight :) At 47 yrs of age, I was hesitant to put them on, but now I'm glad I did. Best of all, my dog happily sits on the back of the bike in a basket. We possibly look at first glance, like a travelling circus ... never mind :)
