everyone is related to someone, I would not find it unbelievable were hitler and mother theresa related. however my wife is the only person I've had sex with and my sister had to test 18 men before finding the father of her baby, I can not imagine siblings being much more polar opposites.

For many years I felt my brother wasn't related to me. I eventually found out his father was different to mine. So in essence I was right.
