  • You're probably dreading the day or just don't feel like getting up. The mind is a funny thing. Even though you're not really concerned about something enough to make a deal out of it; doesn't mean that in the back of your mind something is still bothering you. Like: bills, payments, family, friends, etc.
  • You should see a doctor if your sleep is being disturbed like this. Not healthy.
