Are you asking about the color of the tentacles or the color of the sting itself? If you're asking about the sting itself it is because the skin is inflamed and irritated. If you're asking about the color of the tentacles then I'm not sure which jellyfish you're talking about. most jellyfish tentacles are clear or whitish color.
