They tend to be just fine, perhaps nicer in some ways, colder in others, but they are almost always very insulated in perspective. (Not that that doesn't apply to many many other people)

Well I am in NYC... Stuck up? I don't think I am. I think you can find stuck up people everywhere!
-
Well, I'm from the city and i am far from stuck up, I can be myself and i dont give a fuck about what no one says. And most of the people are stuck up where i come from and i dont like it. Sometomes i wish i could have grown up somewhere down south.

I'm from NYC and I don't think I'm stuck up. A bit immature, perhaps, but not stuck up. Just because I live in a city full of 8 million other people, doesn't make me any better than any one. In facts, it assimilates me and everyone into the urban culture.

I'm from Houston... and Houston people are far from being snobby... they're more laid back. I've always heard NYC people were rude... but maybe not
-
No. They are just as ignorant as us hill billies are, but we know it and they don't.

I am from a big city, I don't think I'm stuck -up.
-
the problem i run into is when city people(i almost wrote city folk) come down here to south west Florida and talk down to us natives like we're not as good or civilized as them.

I don’t think that’s the case. The ones with a lot of money might have there nose in the air, but the working class, Nah, they're cool.
-
No, but there driving is much more reckless than us country bumpkins!
-
People are people. I live in the sticks, but have traveled a lot. People will be people no matter where they are.
-
No. I thought people in small, rural areas were more stuck up.
-
i think maybe city peopele are more up tight because they hvae so many hazards to navigate all the time and if they don't speak up and assert themselves (aggressively sometimes) they will just get run over. They don't have time for bull.
-
well not really...but most people here take things for granted, they're rude and immature but i dont think they're stuck up.
