Yes, prices have been dropping for a long time, and haven't hit the bottom yet.

The housing bubble that "popped" has had home prices falling quicker than Lindsey Lohans pants. It actually started as a correction due to the fact that the housing market was so over-inflated. Now home prices are about where they should be, but the prices are going to keep falling. The glut of homes on the market and sellers reluctance to realize their home isn't worth what they think they should get will cause further devaluation.

And dropping here in the UK too, by over ten per cent in the last month. Some houses have been up for sale for over a year. Nothing is moving.
