No doubt it... Prudential. They have an extensive network all over the nation, they provide a LOT of services for customers as well. Also, they give you detailed reports of the reactions that the realtor felt with prospective buyers when they toured the home. Also, you get a great deal of flexibility, and all comes at an extremely low rate (comparative to other companies).

If I am understanding you correctly, you are asking for the best 3rd party company to go with in order to get a system for running your real estate business? I know a LOT of people who have used Hobbs Herder successfully. I think it is somewhat "expensive," but from what i understand, you pay a lot at once, up-front which ends up being about the same as you would spend on, say house ad's which apparantly dont even work that well. I have known some people to use it and it doesnt work, but those ccouple of epople, i would wuestion their ability to work the system as prescribed. People who have used it the way it was intended have been very successfull in doubling and trippling their business (coming off of a 4-8 year plateau)! I am sure they ahve a website, possible a testamonials sectin or something. hope this helps!
