i feel comfortable doing most things alone. In fact, some things can be better alone. Musuems are an example. When i go with people, i am often forced to look at exhibits at the pace of the other person or endure sighs if we are at a part they don't enjoy.

I'm a little uncomfortable eating in a restaurant by myself, so I'll ask for a corner table and take a book or newspaper with me. I usually only eat out alone though, when I'm on vacation or a business trip. As for walk in the park, I've never thought of it -- my dog is usually by my side, so it's not uncomfortable. Going to a museum doesn't bother me, as it's an activity I'm involved in. Movies I don't usually do by myself. I love movies, but I prefer to have company. As for concerts, I've never considered that to be a problem. I spent years going to concerts alone when I was in radio and entertainment writing. I was always working so it never bothered me.

By myself, this is what's comfy Library Bookstore Cookware store Grocery store Matinee movie Not a restaurant ever because I love to cook..and I do so for myself with as much enjoyment as I do for others. I would always make it a point to be home before dark..always! Home is where I'm safe, secure and where all my "stuff" is! :) ((hugs))

I can do anything by myself. Vacations, movies. The only thing I couldn't do is bars or clubs unless I was meeting someone there. I can do everything else by myself or with people, it doesn't matter. I just want the experience usually. I go to the movies to see the movie, not be with people at the movies. I go to the museum to see the art, not be with people at the museum etc.

I am uncomfortable with everyone. Everyone wants to find fault. I just do things alone. I'm too ugly, I guess.

I hate shopping with anyone else, I need to do that by myself. Bars are no fun alone, need company for that. Restaurants I can eat by myself or with company, except on a date I usually don't eat as much, then chow down when I get home. Movies I like to go with others, but I used to go by myself when I had a goofy night schedule. Walk in the park is a toss up. I would prefer to do that alone, company would be nice too though.

I've comfortable doing everything by myself that I've tried so far. I have a HUGE love for people and engage with anyone that seems to welcome the exchange. You know? Maybe I'm uncomfortable after attending a movie and a friends asks, "Who'd you go with?" and when I answer 'myself' I get a funky look...maybe then I get a little uncomfortable. Kind of like it's queer to go to a movie by yourself and people just don't get it.

Well I don't get the chance to that much alone but when I do its never a problem, I like doing thing at my own pace when I can. I was a loner alot of the time growing up so can't see it being a problem at any point in the future. Hubby on the other hand must have me with him as much as possible when he has days off, we do most every thing together unless its a boys day, and then I relish the time by myself....

I can do and I have done pretty much anything myself, but I would never go to a pub or clubbing on my own (scary!!) and I hate cooking only for myself, I'd rather just eat cereals or sandwiches.
