The operation on a transexual can only change your genitalia , it has no bearing on the size of the rest of your body. Surely if you are considering this operation you have had psychological evaluation and medical help before now.
The operation could cost nothing it could cost a small fortune it depends which country you are in.
I think before you go any further you need to speak to a psychologist or psychiatrist. You have to prove you can live as a woman before you get this kind of operation
it involves an awful lot more than you seem to be aware of
