I thought of answering this for myself: -The attitude: positive and constructive character -They do some kind of good for others to know how they are making difference in others life. -Striving to like what they hate: working on their weakness.

The main thing a successful person can fallow is their vision of success.

*Set goals and document steps to work towards them. *Recognize and appreciate the people that help them along the way (praise others). *Admit when they're wrong instead of hiding behind or blaming others. *Don't gossip or speak poorly of others. *Project the image of one step ahead of where you currently are...where you want to be.

Directions - including moral, social, educational and road signs.

Personal Discipline and Determination.

Authority, that's what leads to success in this society. Must be why I'm such a miserable failure.

1/ The ability to learn from others, their mentors and the like. 2/ They are very disciplined. 3/ They always have visions and goals. 4/ They have a business plan and follow it through. That's enough i reckon, you get the general idea.
