Your question demands honesty my friend..Brown Sugar Cinnamon poptarts are da bomb. However, nutrition-wise whole grain toast is better for you. So, if you could magically convert the nutrition of the whole grain toast to the brown sugar cinnamon poptarts I'd say "sayonara toast..hello poptart"! :)

I love both, but if I had to choose, it would be Pop-Tarts (Kellogg's only)! I especially like the "old recipe" chocolate chip ones, and the brown sugar cinnamon with no frosting (icing).
But, I do love a stack of hot, buttered toast, sliced diagonally, too!
