Yes it is painful. you shouldn't have sex for 4-6 weeks because it is very easy to become pregnant again after an abortion.

Yes physically,mentally, emotionally...very much so and one who is planning to get abortion and worried about sex afterwards, needs a chill pill I think. Priorities sound not so right there
