Only 32 Meters ... I was an underwater welder's assistant for one summer. Most of our work was only 10 to 15 meters down, but on the deepest, we were working on a private dock in a lake ... I measured, lined up, and clamped, then he welded, then I deslagged and applied the putty/paint ... we worked from 2 meters deep out to 32 meters deep. We worked four days for four hours underwater per day.

I've been in plenty of underwater tunnels in my time. How far do they usually go? Oh well....the furthest I'm sure of is about twelve feet...in a pool.

Since I can barely swim. Probably 2 feet. Beat that.

About 20 feet in the ocean. I think I may have been further below the water line when I was down in the bilges of an 8,700-tons ship.

Maybe 20 feet in Lake Tahoe or at least 12-15 feet in a swimming pool.
