We have a local chain that is trying to expand (it has five shops) called Encore Pizza. Their bases are great, the sauces are good, the amount of topping is perfect, you get service with a smile, and great value for money. I can't say how much I think their pizza is great. :) YUMMY, you are making me hungry now I have answered this question!

pizza hut, pizza haven, eagle boys, pizza runners, they all have good and bad, it depends on what type you are looking for, then you decide which one to go to. not everyone likes the same thing, that's why it's so hard to find just one place that everyone likes.

I've yet to find a chain restaurant that I enjoy because of their lack of selection of veggie toppings. I'm a vegetarian, so the average 10 types of meat and 6 veggies is kinda old.
