I have some that are a perfect fit at a size Medium. But if I am lounging around and being lazy I like either a Large or X-Large for comfort.

My size is small but I wear extra large to hide how skinny I am

If it's a womens cut, then a medium If it's a men's cut, a small. But I have a couple of sweatshirts that are larges and extra larges that are comfy for lounging around in:)
