There is a fuel pump relay and a fuel pump fuse. The fuel pump fuse is labeled "20A ECM-B" on the fuse diagram on the underside of the cover of the fuse box in my 2001 Chevy 3500 Express van. The fuel pump relay is labeled "fuel pump relay". The fuse box is located under the hood near the fire wall on the driver's side.

I think all the fuses are in the same place. However what you're looking for is the relay. Under the hood, top right hand corner (closest to the driverside door) there should be a large box with relays in it. It'll have a diagram (hopefully) on the inside cover of the box that'll tell you which relay belongs to the fuel pump.
