becuase god is a science that is beyond human understanding and will always be beyond human understanding and where he was you ask. he was making the universe that was before us in another dimension....scientists say that there could be other unverses being created right as you are reading this message whether they are parrellell or different is still unknown......god didnt make earth and humans and say "figure out how I did it" he said "use the resources to do something good to prove that you are worthy to join me in my kingdom once you die".......thats what I believe atleasts.

Great question! I often wonder this ! who created God? or could has he just been always there? I also wonder why would God, being all knowing , create a world, knowing what is going to happen /what is happening in the world (all the suffering) . Hmm just wondering . You've asked one of the profoundest questions a person can ask: where did it all start? If God made everything, who or what made God? And let's say Being X made God..... then who made Being X? and so forth and so on. At some point, there had to have been what is called a "Prime Mover." Someone or something that just WAS, and that started all the rest of the universe. Where the Prime Mover comes from is beyond man's ability to understand at this time. We cannot wrap our limited minds around something or someone that existed before time and space existed. It's like trying to measure infinity. But excellent question.

God is what the world created and now fooled themselves into believing in order to soothe the pain of not knowing.. We could never understand the beginning of the world know matter what we invent or how smart we may think we are, we will just have to except the fact of not knowing. In addition, God has never been seen nor has anything about his presence been documented.. God/Religion,just like drugs and many other things in this world, are simply a source of income, a business.. Another way to run the world as a giant corporation..And we are all the workers!!

Your question is an excellent one. God is not a physical being. God is Spirit (John 4:24). God is outside time and space. The Bible asks this question: "Who is able to build a house for Him, for the heavens and the highest heavens cannot contain Him!" (2 Chronicles 2:6). He is the author of the universe. The universe is His book. His Spirit touches every part of the book. But as the author, He is outside the book. But He came inside the book through the person of HIs Son, Jesus. Some people say "If God created everything, who created God?" The answer is that God is eternally alive. The universe, however, is not eternal. In general, scientists agree that the universe came into being about 15 billion years ago. Everything that has a beginning must have a cause. So the universe and all nature must have a cause beyond itself. In other words, it must have a super-natural cause. The cause is God. God made the universe. But God did not come into existence. He has no beginning, because He is outside of time. In the Bible it says "To the Only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory majesty, dominion and authority BEFORE all time and now and forever, Amen." (Jude 1:25). God is the "I am" who has no beginning, for He is outside of time. Hope this is helpful.

I have often wondered the same thing myself! but then, I sat in my room once - after I had finished decorating it - I had put up a bookshelf, painted the walls, put together a wardrobe, and I looked at it and thought: this is good! And then I switched the light on and there was light! Ok - that may sound flippant, but I do not mean it to be - all I mean is that I sat in the middle of an empty room and created everything around me - but I was still in it, and I was in it all along!

I think that God is not in the same world as we are (as in universe with all the laws etc). God is in a place where you never start nor end and that seems unreal and impossible to us but thats because we live in an enviroment where everything starts and ends and is therefore hard for us to imagine a place which has been around forever and so will be forever more.

God needs nowhere which you say is nowhere!

seriously there is no proof, you have to decide for yourself what it is. Without proof it makes it hard.
