If you took out trash to a half full dumpster, please explain why you would place it next to the dumpster instead of inside it.

yeah.. laziness. only if the items are too large for the dumpster should they be placed anywhere but inside.

The carting company just brought a new dumpster which is half the size of the previous one. Savages must work in the stores next to me because they dump trash around the dumpster.

Because I got distracted by something shiny inside the dumpster that caught my interest, and dropped my garbage bags when I dived in to pull said shiny-dumpster-content out. But hey, that's just me.
