  My dad crossed the united states illegally about 19 years ago. He met my mother after being here for a couple of months. She is an american citizen. He and my mother had 3 children. I am almost 18 and my brother and sister are under 18. He payed taxes and he never got in trouble with police. He went back to mexico around 6 years ago. I was wondering if he has a chance coming over to the U.S.A but legally. If he can, how can we help him.

He will not finalize the divorce or sell the house and I feel second to all of this. He knows it has been the reason for many arguements but will not budge! He says it is bcuz of bills and his kids. He told me he would move with me if he ever got me pregnant and obviously that did not happen. This baby is still a secret to all hos family and her as well! Any advice?   So, an awesome woman and I have had this relationship/ friendship thing going on for about three years now. Its been wonderful, but rather confusing. At first, we had bad timing around one another (as far as trying to date goes) as time went on, we found that we shared many tender moments. Everything we had done together was non sexual and rather blissful. Almost picturesque romance style. Unfortunately, she hit some bad times and things got hectic for us both.
