I have a k630i series gsm/gprs dual sim phone. whenever i make a call the receiver only hears an echoing noise. are there solutions to my problem

i have a k630i dual sim mobile phone(ti-phone) that i just not long recieved but i cant send or recieve video or picture messages it keeps saying that my "GPRS is not subscribed" how do i fix this?
