Once a month-only when needed! Really though, not that anyone here wants to know but you, I change every day. For some reason I have accumulated enough underwear to go for 2 months without wearing the same pair twice. Thank goodness for old relatives that believe in giving underwear and socks for any occasion.

Depends on my mood. In fact, I just took off the pair I've had on for the past three days. Kidding. Of course it's everyday. And if anyone in AB does it at any other interval, they probably won't post here and reveal to the world what kind of slob they are.

Twice a day. I don't wear undies under my pj's but I do put a pair on when I work out, then have a shower and put a clean pair on then to.
