What is the best form of government and why? Democracy, monachy or depotism?

Your choices are between various types of dictatorships and representation by population/party politics/mob rule. They all rank poor to terrible so there is no best. I'd like to pick option three, real democracy.

having lived for 51 years in over 70 countries. i would say there is not a clear winner if the despot is a good man then ok but they mostly tent to go crazy in the end for no one disputes or contradicts them .can be good for short term and in developing countries .but really no monarchy is the same you have as much chance of having a good one or a bad one chosen by stupid blue blood no again, democracy is good if the masses are educated and can differentiate if not it the same as dictatorship of 51% over 49%
