You better not help them. In America you are libel to get sued if something doesn't go well. A very sad state of affairs if you ask me. I remember one guy getting sued because he stopped and helped a girl change a flat and he didn't tighten the lug nuts tight enough. He was found GUILTY!

depends on the person

I help them,I was in a liquor store in the very, very, rich area of my city.A well dressed old woman tripped on the welcome mat and fell hitting her head. She was a little stunned and unhurt.I immediately helped her ,put something under her head, and comforted her.The store staff, and others walked right by her and me,almost walking over us.Don't people realize the should help others in need???? She was the second or third person I have helped when injured.

I'd do all I could to help them because if it happened to me I'd wish for the same.

I've stepped in many a time to help injured folks. Most of the time it has been car accidents, but a few times when folks have fallen or been hit by another person in an altercation.

As a paramedic (and as a person who always had a paramedic mindset before ever becoming one) I have always stopped to help. The exception to the rule is when official help has already arrived and I would only get in the way of their efforts.
-
If I could, I'd help.
-
If I could I'd help, though if it was really serious I'd maybe just phone for help, as sometimes it can do more harm than good if you don't know what you are doing.
-
I'd help if I could. But I don't know medical stuff.
-
I've always tried to help.
-

-
I'd take a picture and put it on the net.

I would never stare at them unless i couldn't get to them myself. I would try to help as best I could if they wanted it.
