The first thing I would suggest you do is a reflective looking inward. A honestly and thoroughly examination of your own thought pattern--your mindset. How you view the rest of the world and how you see yourself in it. What are the things--unproductive old tendencies-- that you keep on doing eventhough they might not be working for you which, consequently, you should stop doing it; or the things that you are not doing which you perhaps should be or start doing. If you keep doing, over and over, things that don't work you're going to keep on getting the very same result. Thoughts are energy-patterns, thus you most have a positive thinking and positive outlook. Situations don't always present themselves favorable, but you have built within the power and the capacity to make them work for you. Nothing will change in your life if you don't change or evolve from the things you, perhaps, need to change or evolve. Always remember that an attempt to change unfavorable persistent conditions, it begins with you, the individual, first.
