  • He's got less than a month left, so to fire him is pointless--there's nothing much left that he can do, to my mind. As far as prosecuted and jailed, the Court of Public Opinion would like to throw him into a dungeon, but the Legal Process would have to be followed: a criminal case would have to be built against him (did he interfere with Government Oversight or Investigations? Did he accept bribes?); it would have to go to court, etc. etc. And in the end, he would be pardoned by You-Know-Who.
