    The black panty hose would be a nice look for a graduation......but regular shades of hose would be OK too.......no colors, though!! and sure as hell NO PATTERNED HOSE, EVER EVER EVER....they make your legs look clunky and heavy......and the last place you'd want to wear them would be - well, just don't!!! LOL
