  • I would take thee to a sleep clinic or at least a MD. Sounds as if could be any or all - doubt if anyone here will be a whole lot of help.
  • Would have to watch you sleep. o_O Could be a result of a mild form of each. Anxiety can play a roll in both, stress in general, smoker? Routine before bed and what your sleeping on matter too. Details!:b
  • Sleep Apnea, me too. See you doctor, do the sleep study, and get the Cpap machine. Its important to get treatment, because you are not getting enough oxygen to your body. It can lead to high blood pressure, obesity, heart attack, stroke. So, get an assessment and treatment if needed. Good luck, let me know how you come out on this.
  • My dad does exactly the same thing. They diagnosed him with sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome. Ask your doctor to refer you to a sleep clinic.
  • Sounds like both, but it could be fibromyalgia too. I have it, and the pain kept me roused just enough that I never got into deep sleep and never got rested. A muscle relaxer at bedtime takes care of that now. Whatever you do, don't ignore it. Sleep apnea can lead to heart disease at a very young age. My uncle died at 53 of a massive heart attack brought on by apnea. My husband was diagnosed with heart disease at the same age and had no risk factors besides apnea.
