Not sure what you mean by feedback. It isn't allowed in anyplace that is visible on the site, whether in answers or comment threads. If someone emails you and bothers you I guess there is nothing that AB can do about it, I don't know. If the people didn't stop being offensive or attacking users and refuses to 'play nice', yes they would be placed in the Penalty Box.

I hardly doubt venting to the staff is PB'able. Penality Box seems to be when it's out in the public here and conflict escalates. Communicating with the staff to alleviate concerns may actually help. Who knows.
