If you have small boobs I don't see why. I honestly wouldn't be able to get away with that. My family unfortunately inherited large boobs that hurt our backs.

Do I think it's wrong, no. Can it look bad, yes. If she doesn't have much up top and feels better having some assistance, then she should go for it. The ladies who are fuller, add the push up bra and squeeze into a tight top are typically looking for attention. Doesn't make it wrong to do so, I just don't care for it.

Nope, although hopefully the shirt isn't TOO tight. That is never flattering.
