Yes, if you make sure to cook it until the internal cooking temperature of the stuffing is at 165 degrees F. Remember to remove it immediately from the turkey and keep it warm before serving. It's usually safer to cook it outside the bird to be sure.

Yes it is but you do have to make sure that you cook it to a proper temperature and if there is any meat in the stuffing, to precook it on it's own. Be aware though that it is hard to thoroughly cook the stuffing and not overcook the breast of the bird making it dry, so brine the bird before cooking. IN fact, it's best to brine it anytime as it makes such a difference in the moistness and flavor.

It can be. As long as you cook it long enough for the stuffing to reach a safe temperature. If you want to be safe, cook the stuffing by itself.
